Abstract
The use of technology and self-awareness of the learners in urban art education is essential in education. Multiculturalism, critical race theory, and diversity are expected to support the process in urban art education. The study checks the conceptual interpretations for the structural assessments, observations, and arguments about them. The investigation informs about the impacts of technology on the learners in education. CRT or critical race theory should support the comprehensive educational environment of the classes to support the ethnic identity of each individual for integrity, physical interactions, and social norms. The research focuses on students’ observations, inspirations, and experiences of their lives to know the details of them. The learners’ singularity, cultural pluralism, and ethnic identity must not be ignored. CRT and technology in urban art education must support and protect the rights and responsibilities of each learner by protecting the cybersecurity issues in education. In this research, the impacts of multiculturalism on integral practices through critical race theory integrates the essential works to describe and check to support each learner’s identification. The equal rights, advantages, and privileges are checked to protect the disadvantaged and unprivileged learners from discrimination. The transparent process of the research is used to collect the data by interviewing participants, and the research will revolve around qualitative methods, ethnography, open-ended ethnographical research questions, transcribed semi-structured interviews, and coded transcriptions are included in the process, and the implications are discussed at the end.
