Symbiotic Agriculture for Climate-Resilient Swiss Farming: Soil Regenerating Pellets

Abstract

The future of agriculture is not in a bottle, but in a tiny pellet. We present Symactiv™, an innovative biostimulant that is revolutionizing Swiss farming by bringing the soil back to life. Developed through rigorous research at the ZHAW School of Life Sciences, our product is a smart pellet containing living microorganisms and a natural nutrient base. Symactiv™ pellets activate the soil’s natural microbial communities, fostering a symbiotic relationship with plant roots. This collaboration significantly enhances nutrient and water absorption, making crops like wheat and vegetables more resilient to the increasing droughts and heatwaves in Switzerland. Early trials across 40 Swiss farms, including leaders in agri-innovation like Jucker Farm, have demonstrated impressive results, with average yield increases of 15% and up to 20% higher water retention. Our product embodies the principles of regenerative agriculture. Each pellet acts as a micro-carbon trap, actively capturing CO2 from the atmosphere and storing it in the soil. Symactiv™ isn’t just a fertilizer; it’s a technology that rebuilds soil structure, improves fertility, and ensures a healthier, more productive, and sustainable future for Swiss farmers.
