Abstract
“Speak Up, Stand Out” aims to support leaders of color in building authentic confidence, creating lasting impact, and achieving breakthrough results by leveraging their network’s collective brilliance. We aim to cultivate unshakable self-value, maximize personal and professional commitments, and build high-impact professional relationships. These elements together help BIPOC leaders not just survive but thrive while creating positive change in their organizations and communities. The impact ripples out to influence organizational culture, mentor future leaders, and challenge systemic barriers.
