Abstract
Building brave and safe spaces within organizations requires more than intention; it demands leadership commitment and systemic infrastructure that supports equity at every level. This interactive workshop equips leaders with a framework to move beyond performative inclusion toward transformative change. Grounded in the power of inquiry, participants will explore how asking the right questions can uncover hidden barriers, spark critical reflection, and guide sustainable equity-focused decisions. Through real-world examples and guided discussion, attendees will examine how organizational culture, policy, and leadership behaviors intersect to either reinforce or disrupt inequity. Participants will learn to identify structural gaps, engage in courageous conversations, and apply a question-based tool to design or assess their equity infrastructure.
