Abstract
This paper shares initial findings from an ongoing research project examining the multi-spatial mobility practices of Turkish grandmothers as an interim report. The study explores how grandmothers’ daily movements across different locations contribute to maintaining intergenerational relationships and family cohesion. One key finding is that Turkish grandmothers frequently move between multiple places, strengthening not only physical but also emotional and social bonds. This mobility plays a vital role in sustaining intergenerational communication and solidarity. The anticipated final results aim to make significant contributions to cultural psychology and family dynamics.
