Reform of College English Teaching Mode and Improvement of Learning Ability in the Era of Digital Intelligence

Abstract

Digitization is the deep integration of digitization and intelligence. Under the current context of digital empowerment, the teaching mode of college English is facing new challenges and opportunities, and there are the following problems in terms of teaching mode and learning ability: 1. Teachers’ digital literacy urgently needs to be improved; 2. The digital resources for college English teaching courses need to be developed; 3. The process evaluation system for digitization is not yet perfect. Teachers pay attention to summative evaluation. 4. In the era of digital intelligence, students lack learning ability. This project is set against the backdrop of the digital age, focusing on the deep integration of the transformation of college English teaching models and the enhancement of learning ability. It constructs a learning ability enhancement pathway based on endogenous motivation, metacognitive ability, and digital literacy, and uses dynamic system theory analysis methods to monitor and provide real-time feedback on the dynamic process of college English teaching. From the perspective of digital technology; Digitized teaching layer; The construction of a three in one new model for the reform of college English teaching through the digitization evaluation layer provides a complete path from tool development to evaluation reform for college English teaching.
