Abstract
This paper examines the factors effecting e-learning in continuing education in Jigawa state of Nigeria. The role of e-learning process cannot be overemphasized. E-learning is one of the most efficient tools for advancing knowledge, skill and development in any nation. Data was made available to this study by the ministry of education Jigawa state. The research made use of extensive review of related literature. However, primary data was generated by means of formulating research questions adoption of an effective and the application of reliable selection procedure (Croucher et.al.2003). The paper recommended that the tertiary institutions administration in conjunction with the government should put in place modalities.
