Abstract
This study considers the advantages and challenges of artificial intelligence (AI) integration in low environment resources. In fact, before concentrating in AI integration in low income countries it is important to understand the use case of AI in regions with low resources under the respect of human dignity together with misuse harm of AI. In addition, to improve the status of environment with low resources it is required to identify the challenges which are related to poverty, inequality, lack of opportunitites, infrastructure, connectivity issues, budget, skills, licences affordabilities. Following artificial intelligence increase application in business in low environment resources it is important to identify datasets sources. The importance of international organizations support such as : World Bank, USAID, UNESCO and OECD. AI role in sustainable developement goals ensuring which depends on leadership skills as AI helps in decision making process. In addition, AI integration depends on digital infrastructure deployment which is a weakness in countries with low income resources. The proposed solutions are based on encouraging startups projects based on AI, collaboration encouragement between private and public sectors. Otherwise, AI could fostering economic growth in low resources countries by improving different sectors related to healthcare, education, agriculture. In this context, the requirement is related to datasets availability and quality which could be solved via a global conversation between different stakeholders.
