Abstract
This study explores the concept of Values-Centric Servant Leadership as a potential paradigm shift for enhancing organizational resilience in today’s complex and uncertain business environment. Traditional leadership models are being challenged by the need for more inclusive, ethical, and values-driven approaches, prompting a closer examination of the effectiveness of Values-Centric Servant Leadership in fostering resilience. The study investigates the theoretical foundations and practical implications of this leadership approach, focusing on its ability to cultivate a culture of trust, empowerment, and shared values among employees. By conducting a thorough analysis of existing literature and empirical research, this research seeks to provide valuable insights into how Values-Centric Servant Leadership can contribute to organizational resilience and long-term success. The findings of this study have the potential to inform leadership development practices and strategic decision-making, ultimately paving the way for a more sustainable and resilient future for organizations.
