Abstract
In a world of overstimulation and chronic stress, sleep quality has become a silent determinant of wellness—particularly in underserved communities. This workshop explores the BYBD™ Bedtime Blueprint, a nightly system created to combat burnout and fatigue while promoting physical and emotional resilience. Speaker and wellness coach KUTImack., known as the “Fitness Philosopher,” will guide attendees through practical frameworks that link evening behavior with individual well-being and broader social health outcomes. Drawing on his cross-sectoral experience—from the entertainment industry to clinical collaborations—KUTImack. will demonstrate how small behavioral shifts before bed can amplify the work of health providers, educators, and social change agents. Participants will experience live exercises, gain tools for behavior change, and co-design culturally responsive nightly rituals that reduce stress and promote restorative sleep. The session includes interactive moments, movement, music-driven narrative, and peer engagement. This proposal aligns with growing public health efforts to tackle structural stress and burnout at both the personal and systemic levels. The implications reach beyond individuals—toward community vitality, mental health equity, and workforce sustainability.
