Abstract
This workshop looks to answer the question of what is self-care. What the research tells us about self-care: what it is and how we add it into our lives easily. From activities with the audience to ideas to implement for over all better sense of happiness. Designed for any age and meant to be fun and interactive too, we will learn about just how important self-care really is.
