Abstract
Emotional maturity is key to living a happy life filled with healthy relationships. With that in mind, the majority of people are emotionally immature and unhappy, why is that? It’s because most people were never taught how to become emotionally mature. After surviving years of emotional abuse, I’ve focused my life on becoming emotionally mature to live a more fulfilled life. Emotional maturity includes emotional regulation, accountability, positive self-talk, and more. Join me in this talk to learn the steps to becoming emotionally mature and how you can transform your life and improve your relationships.
