Abstract
This work primarily investigates how digital technologies have modified and defined the workflow of artists. The investigation focuses particularly on 3D drawing and modeling technologies, using the work of Stepan Ryabchenko, a young Ukrainian artist, as a case study. The predominant use of digital tools, such as 3D modeling, in the development of his works was one of the main reasons for selecting Ryabchenko as the subject of this research. In addition to conducting a visual analysis of Ryabchenko’s works, the methodology employed includes the collection and analysis of relevant bibliographic sources, as well as the conduction and analysis of interviews—most notably, an interview with the artist to understand how he interacts with 3D modeling software and how he perceives and utilizes it in his artistic process. These approaches form the foundation for the construction of the theoretical framework that underpins this research. The study examines the impact of these tools on the aesthetic and conceptual trends of digital art. It also explores how they have contributed to the continuous evolution of the artistic landscape. By addressing these issues, this research seeks to contribute to the understanding of the transformations that have occurred in the field of contemporary art as a result of the integration of digital tools.
