Abstract
This case study investigates the potential of Microsoft Copilot Studio as a transformative tool in education, enabling educators to design custom AI-powered copilots tailored to their classroom needs. By leveraging Copilot Studio capabilities, teachers can streamline lesson planning, personalize accurate instructional content, and deploy digital assistants that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes in both virtual and physical environments. The study examines user experiences, pedagogical impacts, and implementation challenges, offering insights into how AI-driven customization can enrich contemporary teaching practices and support more adaptive and inclusive educational ecosystems. With the rapid integration of AI in education, tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio will allow educators to build copilots that address specific instructional goals. This research explores the influence of such tools in the modern classroom, their potential to reduce educator workload, offer the ability for virtual out-of-class tutoring, and their role in enhancing personalized learning.
