    This paper illustrates a brief and general overview of my twenty-five years of evidence-based research on the meaning behind certain color patterns one continues to paint with. These color patterns identify personalities, decision-making processes, propensities for self-harm and harm to others, and so much more. The purpose of this paper is to bring awareness to a quicker, more accurate way to identify and address trauma, fears, depression, and maladaptive behaviors.
