not connected to olive branch petition nor common sense. but some similarities are it both had to do do with the British. And the common sense was how everything that had occurred was the kings fault and there was no voting so he chose who was in charge when he wanted to. And the olive branch petition was like a treaty to put peace with British but they didn't want to.
