New Learning MOOC’s Updates
Challenging education and challenged educators
We have a challenging education nowadays and its very transformative. This is also a challenge for us educators for a complex and mutifaceted issue. We are challenged for an outdated curriculum wherein we may not be adapted to modern world. Also another challenge is inequality of education wherein some students have access to better resources and opportunities than others especially in remote areas.
As an educator, we are lack of support. We may not receive adequate support interms of healthcare, salary and educational teaching support. Also we need support to a very demanding needs of parents, students and additional workloads on top of our teaching loads. We are unheard in terms of privileges and opportunities.

Definitely agree
Yes, I agree with you. We really have a learning crisis. Many of our students are significantly behind grade-level expectations, especially in reading and math. Foundational skills are weak, and learning gaps continue to widen. Thus, there is a need for a remediation and intervention.
Our teachers are overworked. They face heavy workloads, low pay, and limited support for professional growth. Many are stretched thin, with lots of coordinatorship from different flagship programs and projects of DepEd, affecting teaching quality.
