Yes, technology can have a big impact on student and teacher progress both in school. There are lots of improvement and interaction I've seen for the last 10-15 years. From traditional approach to 21st Century technology advancement.
That's a very complex statment. Not so easy to solve. The digital tools have helped in a way. But destroied important things as: eye to eye relation. Real discussions. Behind the computer, everybody is brave. Real life is different.
