Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming traditional learning environments, particularly in business education. AI enables educators to automate routine tasks and personalize learning experiences, allowing them to focus on higher-order responsibilities, such as fostering creativity, empathy, and critical decision-making. This article explores the integration of AI within the classroom and addresses the critical balance between AI’s capabilities and the unique skills human educators bring, including mentorship, contextual understanding, and emotional intelligence.
