Assessment for Learning MOOC’s Updates

Birthday Policy Evaluation

In my school, birthdays were celebrated from Mondays to Fridays. If a child’s birthday falls on a Monday, the parents had to inform the school of the items and the time they will deliver. Teachers were also informed by the administration. The celebration is done normally at break or closing. Although it was not done during instructional hours, indirectly it was chipping away the educational ambience. A policy was rolled out to have birthdays celebrated only on Fridays after second break.

What has been the success rate of this policy and how it has improved performance. The purpose the evaluation process is to evaluate if this policy meets standards and how to is affected the performance of the students.
