Learning comes in any forms, Learners' learn by their own. Educator as Facilitator needs to know the factors in what, where, whom, when, why and how the learners undertand the concepts and principles of a certain topic, it is not about knowing the factors but also identifying approach, techniques, methos and environment for effective learning or the science and art of teaching as Pedagogy.

Models of Pedagogy such as Didactic, Authntic and Transformative Pedagogy are need to be understand by the educators here in the Philippines. I as a SHS Mathematics Teacher, I oftenly use Didactic Pedagogy where the sources of knowledge is the Teacher, specifically in teaching Calculus if the Learners doesnt have any certain ideas about the Principles or Concepts of Calculus, and after assessing the learners, I change my teaching approach to Authentic Pedagogywhere the learners are going to solve problems in a real life scenario, that leads to Transformative Pedagogy that the Learners develop awareness and apply what they have learned in their environment or society.
