CHANGE FROM NORMAL TO NEW NORMAL
The teaching and learning methods we were accustomed to changed when we faced the widespread pandemic. From inside the classrooms to the modern way of learning through innovative methods that students and teachers need to embrace in order not to stop the learning process of each other. A big change has taken place in the field of education due to modern technologies that are combined with the development of learning. At present, students in the MILLENNIALS and GEN Z era are the students who are knowledgeable in the use of gadgets that are the answer to the challenge of learning in the world of technology.
What stood out to me in your update is how you highlighted the adaptability of both teachers and students during the pandemic. I agree that technology became the bridge that kept learning going. It’s interesting how Millennials and Gen Z were able to adjust quickly because of their familiarity with gadgets, while teachers had to learn alongside them.
